Testimonials

“Sally, I just wanted to let you know that since I last saw you my neck is actually back to normal – thanks very much for sorting it out!” Karin Glockle

“Sally suggested four treatments for a pain in the ribs and shoulder that was still nagging me months after a bad fall and which my usually infallible osteopath had been unable to banish. By the last treatment I had forgotten that I’d ever had a pain at all – and I had found the energy to change my computer desk to prevent further neck problems.” Renata Rubnikowicz

“Shiatsu is a treat I really look forward to. It is time I schedule for myself to stop and pause, look after my body and open up to the energy that flows within it. I've found treatments give me a boost when I’m flagging and can help me realise when I am tired! I come away feeling uplifted, more relaxed and have found it has helped increase calm and improve mental energy which is a great help in the midst of my busy life as a London solicitor.” Ellen Fitz-Gerald

"That felt like it was doing me so much good!"

"I felt really unwell at the beginning of the year -  no energy, low mood and  periods of unexplained breathlessness. Medical tests proved inconclusive and I decided to try shiatsu. It's helped me recover my equilibrium and to be more in tune with my body- especially my breath. I found the connection with Sally and her touch very healing." Avril Chapman

"I feel like I’m in good hands"

“I spend a lot of time sitting in front of my computer and was suffering from tension in my back and shoulders. Shiatsu relaxed my back, I learned how to sit well which combined with some exercises has helped prevent the tension arising and I feel pain free. I’d definitely recommend it.” Christian Schoemmer

“I began Shiatsu after I had been diagnosed with chronic fatigue, treatments have helped me maintain more consistent energy levels rather than swinging between highs and lows which has made a significant difference to the quality of my life. I have appreciated Sally’s sensitivity and skill as a practitioner and recommend her without reservation” Goober Fox

"You really have got some magic, I feel better!" Mary

“Shiatsu made an important contribution to my path of healing, discovery and growth, at a time of life changing events I found weekly treatments to be very supportive and have come through feeling stronger, more dynamic and sure of who I am. As a CAM practitioner myself I appreciate and admire Sally's consummate professionalism. If she comes into your life, you have been blessed!” Helen Mead

"The heat in your hands is amazing!"

Sally Sahajamani is an excellent Shiatsu Therapist: she is very professional, friendly, sensitive, intuitive, and calm and I would recommend her to anyone who wanted this kind of treatment.” Jo Quirke

"It feels really reassuring to be touched in this way"

"I feel very grateful for all your help.  I didn’t get ill with the IVF this time and the whole experience was less fraught mentally and physically (and I credit this to shiatsu)."  Anne

"This is the only time I really relax!"

"I found Sally to be able to create a very positive and relaxed atmosphere. I liked the fact she was able to adapt her practice to connect with me in a variety of ways to help me make the sessions even more effective. I know the work helped me move a significant step forward in my journey. i would recommend her to anyone from first timers to those who have tried shiatsu before" Amer Saad

“I decided to have regular Shiatsu treatments with Sally throughout my second pregnancy. In the first few weeks it helped relieve morning sickness and in the latter part of the second trimester it helped when I developed a condition called Sympis Pubis Dysfunction. I was unable to participate in physical exercise including swimming and anti natal yoga, at times even walking was painful. Shiatsu was extremely important during this time to keep me both supple and relaxed. Now, at eight and a half months I realise I feel healthier than I did at the end of my first pregnancy, even though this one has been more complicated. I’m sure it has been one of the benefits of regular treatments.” Liz Carrell

“Three years ago Sally showed me a pressure point on my shin I could press to help relieve period pains, something I had suffered from for nearly thirty years. Really I’m a cynic, but the next time I got the pain I massaged the point and it worked better than any of the many and various prescription painkillers I have tried over the years. I’m amazed because it has worked consistently .” Debbie Walker
